Alternative Solution - At the request of Profile (TT) Inc., Matteo Gilfillan & Associates Inc. (MGA) has prepared this correspondence for the proposed mixed-use building known as Textbook Towns, to be located at 3351-3359 Ellesmere Road in Toronto, Ontario, to address the access to a single exit condition for the Basement Level service rooms and Basement Level commercial retail space. This correspondence has been prepared with respect to the fire and life safety requirements in Part 3 of the 2012 Ontario Building Code (OBC, O.Reg. 332/12 as amended to O.Reg. 158/24) as well as the Alternative Solution Proposal requirements in Division C, Article 2.1.1.1 of the OBC.All dimensions within this correspondence reference the architectural drawings dated September 29, 2024, prepared by SRN Architects Inc.
